Roles of Different Genders

Males and females differ from each other in physical structure and capabilities, psychological and emotion capabilities, life expectancy, and hormonal releases.
By nature, males are physically harder, emotionally aggressive, and adventurous. All of these match with their natural responsibilities, which are ensuring safety of offspring, domination of the group, search for food, hunting, and so on.
On the other hand, females are designed to rear offspring and take care of home when males are outside. They are submissive which increases the likelihood of the offspring survival. They are good in organization and have more aesthetic sense. They are more emotional which has double role, taking care of offspring and better mate selection.
Some Examples:
In all games and activities which require physical strength and agility, such as football, wrestling, cricket etc, men are mostly dominant in comparison of women. These games and activities closely match with hunting, fighting for defense, and fight-or-flight circumstances.
In activities which require aesthetic qualities, females are dominated, such as fashion and design, arts etc.
In the fields where more mental work is required for advancement of human kind, such as mathematics, physics, computer sciences, sociology and politics, males are dominated.
In the fields where care of others is needed, such as nursing and medical sciences, females are dominated. In medical sciences, when things get complex and tricky, males dominate.
In almost all of societies in the world, women are house-keepers. And men are expected to earn living.
Military and law-and-order agencies are dominated by men.
